This final project paper is due on Saturday, August 2. This should be something you have thought about, designed, and worked on from midterm to the end of the semester.

During the course, you will perform research which focuses on one of the following topics:

  • Research the purchase of a computer or any peripheral device such as a scanner, printer, or digital camera

  • Any other computer-related topic (must be approved by instructor)

Projects may be something you have produced for work, another class, or personal use. This will allow for real application of some of the objectives learned and will allow other students to hear about various applications of lessons learned.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You will type a paper to give to the instructor. This paper will be at least one and a half pages.

In this paper you will be expected to apply skills learned in the Word lab exercise to the paper such as: double-space, one inch margins, page numbering in the page footer section, ect. No biliography is required.

If this is a project from what you learned in one of the labs, (Excel or PowerPoint) the paper should describe the project, tell how you applied some of the objectives learned in this class, or advise of any difficulties encountered.

You will present your final project in the last class  August 2.

The Final Project is worth 100 points total. You have a possibility of earning 75 points from the Final Project itself and 25 points from your participation in other student's presentations.
