We will have an abbreviated class tonight, since your assignment for
next week (Midterm) will be to create your own, mini-site, using the HTML tools we've covered thus far. See the Assignment page for more information.

The latest class assignments have been posted. This is the last week
I'll accept postings to the first message board assignment (see the 1st weeks assignments), which need to be entered by class time of next week. Also remember that the second week's assignment, plus this
weeks assignment should be uploaded to your newly created Geocities account.

I've finally resolved the textbook situation. We WILL be using
the 2003 edition of the book (which Pam had in class), and the bookstore now has enough books for all 3 students. The only problem is... my copy won't be here until later this week, so this Monday night,
I'll still be working out of the older book. This shouldn't be a problem since the books are the same in terms of what's covered, just different in the examples they use and some of the assignments.
Don't forget to critique and post your comments to the class message
board before class on Monday night. I want to take some time in class to look at what you've said, and take a look at the sites as a group.

Welcome to the Fall 2004 session of BIS215! This notice board will be
updated at least once per week, informing you of what's going on in class and relaying last minute information about handouts, assignments, etc.
On the right, beneath Class Pages banner, are links to the class syllabus, an updated assignment list, class handouts (which you also will get in class), reference links you might find useful, and a few sample web pages that I'll refer to as we progress through class.
Also notice there is a Message Board link that takes you to the Two-Dogs/SHF online message board, where you can leave comments and questions about classes.
Finally, there is an HTML Quick Reference page that you can refer to as a reminder of how certain HTML tags work.
