Listed below are links you can use to download the various freeware and shareware programs that we feature in Senior Health Foundation classes, and in classes taught by John and Sue at the College of St. Mary.
Most of these programs can also be found on the SHF / Two-Dogs.Com

General Download Instructions

• Click on the link to start the download
• If you are asked if you want to Open the file or Save the file, choose to Save
• In the Save As window, choose to save the file to your Desktop
• When the download is complete, go to your Windows Desktop, and double-click on the file to start the program installation.
• NOTE: For .ZIP files, you will first need to download and install the WinZip program. Once you have it installed, ZIP files you download can be opened by double-clicking on them. After you have opened the ZIP file, look for a file called SETUP.EXE or INSTALL.EXE and double-click on it to start the installation process.
